Judge Orders Paris Hilton to Jail

California Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer on Friday ordered heiress Paris Hilton to spending 45 days in jail for repeatedly violating terms of her probation. In September of 2006, Hilton pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. As part of her plea, her driver’s license was revoked for four months.

Nonetheless, Hilton continued to drive and was pulled over by police numerous times during the term of her probation. She received warnings and two citations for driving on a suspended license.

The case is People of the State of California v. Paris Whitney Hilton.
